Why we exist

Mobilising What God Has Entrusted to Us

Christian professionals lead institutions, shape industries and steward extraordinary talent and resources. Yet much of this potential remains disconnected from a collective Kingdom mission.

The Church’s historic influence as a spiritual, social and economic pillar has diminished alongside its wider community impact. Even in growing ministries, significant Church capital is directed towards physical assets, while ventures are often viewed as higher risk. This limits opportunities for wider impact, leaving Christian founders without the support, networks and capital to thrive.

The Church does not lack talent, ideas or resources. What is missing is the infrastructure to mobilise them collectively.

Our Vision

To restore the Church as a spiritual, social and economic epicentre, shaping society, building sustainable Kingdom enterprise and advancing the Great Commission through Permeable Impact.

Our Mission

To establish a Church Incubator Model that equips Christian professionals, graduates and founders, connects expertise and capital, and develops mission-led ventures that strengthen the Body of Christ and advance the Gospel.

Our Approach

Three strategic objectives.

A Church-centred model for forming Kingdom builders, developing mission-led enterprises and mobilising capabilities and capital.

01

Build the Church Incubator Model

Establish the infrastructure for churches to cultivate Kingdom innovation and enterprise.

02

Build Ventures and Develop Christian Founders

Equip Christian professionals and graduates to become founders or join teams to launch and scale mission-led ventures.

03

Mobilise Kingdom Capital

Connect Christian wealth with Kingdom enterprise, creating sustainable investment and ownership opportunities.

Church Incubator Framework

A repeatable model, rooted in the local church.

  1. 1

    Church leadership accountability

Each incubator is overseen by its local church leadership, ensuring spiritual covering, pastoral care and governance.

  2. 2

    Ecosystem partnerships

We intend to work alongside universities, businesses, investors and civic bodies to bring expertise and opportunity to each hub.

  3. 3

    Mission focus

Ventures are intended to address societal needs and evangelistic missions, influencing institutions, industries and communities beyond church walls.

What if today’s generosity could help create tomorrow’s enterprises, employment and economic opportunities? Our ambition is to develop a sustainable cycle of Kingdom investment — financing commercially viable ventures, creating opportunities for Church equity participation and, in time, establishing a Church-aligned venture fund.
